HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days approximately ( working days Monday- Friday) orders placed after noon may take an extra day’s delivery. Please note, during busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take 8 days. We will do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.  OPTIVUS will serve globally. Our purpose is to make this brand for you.

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

There is a delivery charge of £6 to Mainland UK and £20.00 worldwide on all priced orders below £100.  Any orders above £100 will be shipped free of charge.*Please note this applies on promotion times only.


CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have despatched your order. On this confirmation, we will include a tracking code,  and information of the delivery company. If for some reason your despatch confirmation does not include a tracking code please email our customer services at info@optivus.uk    with your order number and they will update you on the status of your order.


WHAT TO DO IF PRODUCTS ARE NOT RECEIVED?

On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 10 days of ordering, with in the UK and 25 days on other countries please contact us on info@optivus.uk please allow 8 days working days for us to carry out the investigation.


CAN I CANCEL THE PRODUCTS?

You can cancel you order at any point before the order has been despatched.

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy.

Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please return all parcels by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 28 working days from receipt:

Items above £30 must be sent via Special Delivery service or equivalent, as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges on orders, therefore any unwanted item will need to be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the required item.

Our 2 years warranty for the backpack.

The captivator is made with high quality polyester 1680d, which is expected to last long  with proper handling. Enjoy and have fun with it.. Travel when you get a chance and inspire the world.

The said covers is only on manufacturing and/or component defects, such as a faulty zipper, damaged buckles, coating peeling off and discoloration of the fabric.


NOTE:The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines, for example). Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void this warranty.


If damaged happen by airport personnel and  transit when travelling, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your Product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.  Yet if it is related to manufacturing please contact us.
